Register:
/MSG NickServ register <e-mail> <password>
You'll get a confirmation e-mail. Then do this:
/NICK <your username>
/MSG NickServ identify <password>
/MSG NickServ group
And if you want...
/MSG NickServ set hidemail on

Message on top of chatroom:
/TOPIC <message>

Grrrrr... I'm getting impatient (not a bump)!

You put /msg Nickserv <username> <password> <email>
That´ll probably work to register.

Is it in this format?:
<username>@<domain>.<net/com/org/co.uk/etc...>

I tried it in that format and it still didn't work.
