Nope. When building circuits/anything electrical, I always have someone (Usually one of my sisters) test it before I do.
I have been burnt before, though. But definitely not with a soldering iron O_O

Too many times to count 
Once I was sitting in a place which had seats which periodically electrocuted you. (the reason I can only guess at). Pretty painful after 3 hours.

I've gotten electrocuted, but it didn't hurt really bad.

I have been burnt many times while cooking scrambled eggs! All the time!

I've never been electrocuted, except for the time that someone put heavy weights in my slippers, so I had top drag them around to the my room. I got zapped after I touched the doorknob.

Electrocuted? Nah, just static stuff, nothing major.
BURNED, however... Soldering Irons, Hot pans, Glue Guns, all SORTS of stuff.

Yes two weeks ago 

I plugged out some transformer that had been plugged in unused for ages before we left to the states for the Scratch conference. But I touched the pins when it was out and it hurt. a lot. For some reason the transformer kept a 230V (european net voltage) static charge on it --'

Oh and I touched those electric fences quite a  lot already (boyscouts xD)

And I burnt myself with a soldering iron a lot. Those things tend to be quite hot.

BTW Someone in my street actually put a 'high voltage' sign on his mailbox to make the advertising guys avoid it

Well, they melt metal.

I've jammed a small bit of my finger in a wall socket plugging stuff in once or twice when I was little. I don't remember how much it hurt, but it must not have been that bad cuz i never notfied my parents

LOL, this incedent inspired me for a new fakemon. It is called Molt, it is Fire Steel. It eats iron, burns it in its body, and spews it out at foes. It evolves into Welsold.

When I was in preschool, I burned my arm on a  cake pan (And the cake pan just came out of the oven). Lost a couple layers of skin (They came back in the healing process), and it HURT.

I never got shocked, but once I DID touch a light bulb and got burned D:
