I noticed something about the Wiki.
When looking through the page that says all the uploaded files/images, it looks like that some of the images are not related to scratch and are related for a use for one person. Like uploading an avatar there for use on another site. I don't know though, I was just looking around.

Sometimes people share images to use on their user page, that's all.
