If it's a .mp3 or .wav file, it's easy to import the sounds by going into the "sounds" tab and pressing "import". Otherwise, you'll have to use a program like Audacity to convert the sound to the right format, and then import the sound.

ok and two more questions will it be in mp3 or wav if it was on the scratch sit? and how do i make sum one glide/walk to a point and do a walk custom at the same time? so it dusnt look like he's flying and btw this is not for a game

to glide and walk..
(All in the same sprite) You must have two separate script blocks, one with the glide and the other with the costume changes. Use a variable as a trigger from the glide block to start and stop the costume changing in the other block or just use a broadcast.
