Make a Pokemon Splice on SCRATCH
I would like to know how to make a [somewhat] good Pokemon Splice or Morph using the editor on Scratch. Everything I look at is using Photoshop or Paint or something like that. Any information, if it's a link to a site, or a typed up guide, would help.
I have figured out, so this is no longer needed, mods can close

Do not use the Scratch Editor. It's horrible for this kind of stuff.

Use Paint, if you have Windows, it's in the system. If not download GIMP. Than when done, import the file into the project. DO NOT SAVE AS JPG.

I find both very good. An old saying go that the poor artist blames his tools - any editor, when used to it's full potential, can be used to create amazing art.

I used the scratch editor to create this fakemon...

Well, after experimenting with the scratch editor all afternoon yesterday, I developed my own way to make Splices using the scratch editor. 
So now I guess this can be closed.
