But there's a problem (*gasp*!)

I have Windows 7, which means I have the NEW Microsoft Paint So I found the properties thing, but I can't find the "invert colors" tool . Even doing ctrl+i doesn't work
I heard you have to press Cntrl+Shift+i to invert colors. Does that work?
