Hi!

You may want to take a quick look at this topic which gives a few tips and tricks to solving some of the more difficult problems while uploading. Hopefully that will eliminate any more need to troubleshoot.  smile

Re: Failed: "Unknown Reason" at Win Vista

Hmm, Nothing seems to work for me. The filesizes are exactly the same as the computers it works on.. The router is the same they are connected to.. but the one computer gets the "FAILED: UNKNOWN REASON".. and the other works!..

Anybody knows this error at win vista ?

Could be that you have vista (and NO i am not trying to joke).
It has vista profile inside of the list.

Re: Failed: "Unknown Reason" at Win Vista

It is likely that the Scratch upload server is busy reciving data from other machines. For me, really small projects upload almost everytime. While bigger ones can take days of trying.
