Whoaz, you skipped a grade? And you've skipped multiple grades? O_O. That's cool. What other grades did you skip (if you don't mind my asking)?

Re: YES! So happy! :D :D :D :D :D :D

The sad thing is, LTL, I was actually in the average one, where most were, because my friends were there. It seemed easy for me, and the other one was pretty full, so they decided to skip me a grade, in which the only classes that have room seem to be hard O_o

Wait, that seems a little weird--they only let you skip a grade because the advanced classes were full?

That's what you get I:T

Good luck. Are you like, an 11 year old in 8th grade?

1.) Not precisely, they skipped me a grade because the ones I was in were easy, so in most they put me in a more advanced one, and it was still easy for me, so they skipped me a grade. There was one which had a harder one full, so I would´ve skipped anyway.
2.) Yes, an 11 year-old in 8th grade.

It seems like it would be kinda weird to skip a grade. Is it hard to get along with kids that are two years older than you but still in the same grade as you?

Yeah! Like my dad doesn't want me to skip, because he thinks my leadership skills are not good enough.

I don't think leadership skills are really necessary to skip a grade. It's mostly about if the classes aren't advanced enough for you. Maybe I'm wrong, though, since I've never skipped a grade.

No. Like if you are a 7th grader, with a class of 8th grades. Lets say the 7th grader is trying to lead the 8th graders, but the 8th graders might not listen because the leader is only 7th grade.

Re: YES! So happy! :D :D :D :D :D :D

I skipped a grade as well, not that I liked it  sad
I'm in 10th now, but I should be borderline 8th/9th.
Fun classes, even though everyone is older.

I actually hang out with the kids from 6th grade more, but I have some 8th grade friends. And fg123, that depends on how old you are and how ahead.

Its the grade my sister is in, therefore, it would not work out well. It'll be more enjoyable when it actually comes, though, since she'll be away in high school  big_smile
