The Boys of Fall by Kenny Chesney and Smile by Uncle Kracker are the two songs I want to put onto my MP3 when I get home.
Does Uncle Kracker count as country?
Yes. That song is played on all the country stations.

Just look them up on Youtube. They are awesome.
...just not Chocolate Rain.
What's wrong with it? I didn't look it up.

Try listening to Electric Light Orchestra. They are a popular 70's pop group (They aren't actually an orchestra!), and they've got LOADS and LOADS of good songs. Their best ones are Mr. Blue Sky and Don't Bring Me Down.

Well, most of the time I travel in car, so I usually listen to pop music, sometimes news/talk show stuff, but mostly pop music. And sometimes jazz.

I like almost anything, but I do draw the line with songs having lyrics containing a lot of cursing.
Since I'm traveling on the train, anything upbeat is pretty good for a suggestion.

You ride the train to school? Oh and if you want something to do, listen to Heartbreaker by G-Dragon (it's an awsome Korean song), and try to translate it into English xD

Very relaxing... helps you get started daydreaming if you are bored.

More accurately, the subway train. New York has a pretty good public transport system, having a car is a luxury.

Public transportation rules all. My city just so happens to have very little of it- the buses only run during commuting hours. Even our taxis are lame. To get a taxi, you have to call in to have them pick you up. There are none just floating around the city waiting to be flagged down. In other words, I can't imagine living here without a car.
But anyway...
I like to listen to podcasts. "Wait, Wait Don't Tell Me" and "Stuff You Should Know" are good ones.

Mercy is given.
I don't think country is a bad choice, really. I have some folk rock on my MP3 player, which is similar.

I don't listen to music exactly, but when I'm driving down the street, I put in my earplugs, roll down the windows and blast rock and roll music. Heavy metal mostly.

My MP3 has Viva la Vida, Wavin' Flag by K'naan http://www.scratch.mit.edu/ext/youtube/?v=I2Wig_vHUVc and the World Cup anthem version of that song http://www.scratch.mit.edu/ext/youtube/?v=CxWX1yGcsHQ, and One Day by Matisyahu feat. Akon http://www.scratch.mit.edu/ext/youtube/?v=D8zK7PHIkgA. Other than that, it's just a bunch of SSBB stuff I added last year when I was stupid about music, and meme songs, like Never Gonna Give You Up and Caramelldansen.
Thunder by Matisyahu is also good. Escape is good but graphic.
