I, personally, picture it all moving to the TBG's, then they get closed too. Some people said they'd be more active in the TBG's if Misc is closed.. Hmm.

I wouldn't. The TBG and partly the Misc were why I quit.

This is the internet. You can't see the minute of hesitation everyone went through before deciding (well not me of course, I was trying to think of a faster than a _ joke). They probably all chose that they would stay because they don't really think the Miscellaneous is going down. Sure we're putting up a good argument and all, but frankly, the chances of us winning is actually slim.

What has a minute of hesitation got to do with anything?

Okay, I'll say it like this: They spent a minute weighing the odds against each other. I would quit but I don't want people to know that so I'll say yes. But if Miscellaneous really gets closed and I quit, people would think I'm a liar.

Basically, everyone would quit but they don't want anybody to know they're that type of quitting person, so of course they try to deny it. When Miscellaneous goes down, we'll see how many people are left after the smoke clears

Not everyones mind works the same.

That has nothing to do with it. Okay then there would be slight variations but it would all be the same thing. Everyone would quit, nobody would fess up to it.

Don't think that everyone is similar to you. Just because you'll quit, it doesn't mean that everyone else will (whether or not they admit it).

What are you talking about Like me? Haha are you reading what you're writing? Are you reading what I'm writing? Everyone will quit irregardless. The difference here is that some admit it, and the rest deny it. You're not telling the truth if you said you would stay after Miscellaneous closed. It's the reality of the situation.

I would stay if it was closed.

Imagine this scenario: You leave a piece of bread in a Toaster for too long and it gets burnt. Unfortunately this is your last piece of bread, so you try to scrape off all the burnt part. Miraculously you get rid of the burnt part but now that bread is a crust and some layer of bread helping it keep its shape, with a large hole through the center. You can always have cereal. Wouldn't you throw away that piece of bread?

The Scratch website is about Scratch! Not Misc!

Yes, I would. And I think you've got that analogy the wrong way around.
