Not sure. So does anyone know when the "Official" release date will be or any range to what it might be? I really want netscratch soon. I know you can download it, but it doesnt work on the scratch website, and variables aren't out so thats not much fun. It will be great when it comes out..

If you have a Mac, it should save it to your desktop (at least for me. Easier access). Than all you do is click NetScratch.Image

MMORPGs are hard in any program.
Netscape sounds cool but it can never match good old programming.

Have you heard about Scratch Worlds?

Also, I tried to go to the website about netscratch but it didn't work.

Didn't Bluestribute say on another forum that netscratch was never gonna come out?

how is it supposed to work, what directory do i unzip it in? all i get is netscratch.change and netscratch.image files. Not very useful. (Note: i installed it in desktop directory)
make a copy of the scratch folder, throw scratch.image away in it and put netscratch.image and netscratch.changes in the new folder

Its Gets Really Slow When: You use one of the Variables, and one of the netscratch blocks... Sooo You can't really use netscratch unlesssss your willing to wait forever
And in normal scratch if you have 30 or more blocks in one script scratch will be come RRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYY SSSSSSSSSSLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWW...

This is probably your computer's fault - some projects require at least 5 variables and regularly use up to 100 blocks per script, but they run perfectly on my computer. Anyway, this seems a little off-topic...

Don't even bother with netscratch, Scratch v1.3 already has networking functions built in.

You can probably make that with scratch's built in networking. It should be one of the easier things to make.
