Here's how
1. find a character (like SuperMario by ShinRyoga.)
2. Unzip the RAR/Zip and place it in your Character folder in the MUGEN folder.
3. Next, you go to data and type the name of your character in the .DEF called select. (You might need to select "open with" word (or notepad of wordpad, what ever works)
4. Check if your character is in MUGEN.
5. If you were successful, you would see the character!
