Scratch

Hello,
I am proposing the idea of using the technoized IRC as a communication for scratch! The technoized IRC is a place like a chatroom! It is designed for free chat. There are certain channels that can be registered for instance we can register a channel called scratch...There scratchers can spam their projects,chat,and do whatever. Whoever registers the channel is the head admin. More or less the head mod who can kick,ban people who are doing something inappropriate. Also they can appoint other mods and admin. INSTRUCTIONS: When you get to the website there will be two blanks. One when it asks you your nickname just type in your scratch name. The second blank you put the channel scratch. If you do that you will be sent to the channel scratch. But if you have a star by your name that means your the temp. Head admin. But when you come back on someone else will probably have it.. That means we have a temp. channel. I can get us a permanent channel. I will be head admin. probably. I guess I will make a permanent channel for scratchers who want to get on. If you want to be a mod then I will appoint probably people from the scratch team!
