My Hi-Lo game has some, but they aren't super.
Feel free to use them though. 
Algebra I Lesson for Today:
(cat)+(dog)=(fish)
Given: c=1, a=1, t=2 d=1,o=1, g=2 and f=1, i=1, s=2, s=2
True or False?

I've got a simplified set that does not take up a lot of space. They don't look pretty, but the sprite keeps track of which cards have been dealt:

Thank you Mayhem. I found, at the same site, the zip file containing each gif separately, and I used that. I REALLY Appreciate it.
To the others, thank you for your help. I already had the algorithms for working with the cards, so I didn't really need the full sprites. I just needed the images for the 52 costumes. But thank you all the same, and check out my new cribbage game!
