On topic.... Would it seems scary to a younger kid? I don't think so. Do you?

I don't think so, but would a parent let a 5-year-old play a game with guns involved?

No, but it doesn't show guns really, so it wouldn't be giving kids wrong impressions.... but I think E10 is a bit high, don't you?

Blood:

(* Bonus star)* - Little blood.
(*)** - Some, but not much.
(*)*** - Mild amount, semi-realistic.
(*)**** - Realistic, mild amount, or semi-realistic, lots of blood.
(*)**** - Lots of realistic blood.

Themes:

* - Such as things exploding, people doing unsmart things.
** - People doing dangerous things.
*** - Shooting, or other small acts of violence, caused by people attacking each other.
**** - Decent amount of people harming each other.
***** - Lots of suggestive themes.

Humor:

(-* Less star)* - Not much, just jokes, etc.
(-*)** - A little bit of crude humor, not much.

Thats a great idea, but it is a bit overcomplicated.

And the warning things go a little more like this:
Crude Humor (Mild, Normal or Strong)
Violence (Cartoon, Mild, Normal or Strong)
Blood (Mild, Normal or Cartoon)
Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking Reference
Comic Mischief
Suggestive Themes

And the asterisk thing is a nice idea too.

And can are ratings PLEASE be a little different than ESRB's?

YSA (Young Scratcher Appropriate) (C)
SA (Scratcher Appropriate) (E)
OSA (Older Scratcher Appropriate) (E10+)
TSA (Teen Scratcher Appropriate) (T)
