I am quite annoyed!
I am quite dissapointed that i can't suggest because i havn't done enough on the website.
After all 90% of what i scratch, i don't upload because of personal info i have put in it, and just because i don't usually comment on other peoples projects because i don't have the time, doesn't mean i can't contribute some usful suggestions.
scratch should be free for anyone to suggest and comment, not impede free speech. 
On a more positive note, i find scratch a brilliant tool and some of the suggestions made to improve it are very clever! looking forward to scratch 2.0. 
Anyone who agrees with me, please let me know!

You can make suggestions here and if they are good, the more experienced people (or whatever it is that you would call people qualified to use the suggestion thing, experienced probably isn't a good one at all) can suggest it for you. Do you need a certain number of projects or something? I'm not sure how it works.
