well, I don't know how to make them, but I know where you can find them. to use an animated icon (what shows up next to you user name when you comment on someone's project) search for "animated .gifs" If you are looking for something specific like a disney icon search for "disney animated .gifs" .gif is a type of picture file. then, save the picture to your computer (right click and say "save as"). then on your "My stuff" page click on "change picture." select the picture you want and there you go!

You just upload them as an animated gif.
