Obviously, they can stop you/us. However, the Scratch Team says they disagree with Namco. I personally am following the Team's view but if they should change their mind, for any reason, I will again follow their lead.
We are fighting for the rights of Scratchers to learn, not for the sake of fighting.

We're not gaining profit from it, it supports them, advertises them, where do they see the harm in making a project that will get at max 2000 views- and that's if you're really lucky.

Namco won't kill you for sharing the project - if they do find it, all that'll happen is Namco sending you a letter and requesting the Scratch Team to remove the project.
