I am in need of some software...
...that complies with the following:
- can pack files into an NSIS EXE
- can be run from the commandline with no user input at all
- is portable
I want this software because I am thinking of making a Scratch->EXE program that has the ability to save the project and repack it into the EXE! I have it all planned out, but all that I'm missing is this piece of software!
Anybody know where I could get this? Thanks.

Use ChirpComplier by jens if it's for only scratch projects.
If not, Windows has a built in program. Go to start and click Run, type in iexpress.

I know about the IExpress thing (in fact I plan on using it to make this) but what I want is a file packer that will pack the project back into the EXE after Scratch has been run (it's used when the Scratch project EXE is run as opposed to using it to make the EXE (though I may do that as well)).

Like ihaveamac said, try using Chirp or Scratch2Exe. They are both specially made for the scratch program and work great.

Okay, people, let me get my point across.
I am not looking for a way to make a Scratch project into an EXE. I need some software like this because I am making my own way to make a Scratch project into an EXE that has the ability to repack projects back into the EXE after they've been saved.
So all I need is some way to pack files into an EXE so my repacking-into-EXE method will work.
