how could you not like these!
-5.1 surround sound
-controls for front speakers, center speaker, and subwoofer
-not painful to wear! actually comfy!
-they look awesome, best feature
I also have a new epic PC case which is black and with red lighting, I'll get pics up once I move my computer into it tomorrow, I also have 2gb more of RAM and a few other little goodies too such transformers: war for cybertron
EDIT:
hi again! so my new computer case had a pretty stupid problem where the power switch doesn't work so no cool new case just my old one which looks ok, but the cooling is a bit bad on it

Awesome, FL Studio supports 5.1 surround, right?
I'd love to have a new pair of headphones since the ones I have now get LOTS of interference when I put my guitar amp nearby to record, but I don't have enough money for new ones (and anyway I'd like some more instruments before getting new headphones) D:

well as long as you have a good enough sound card anything runs at it's highest sound quality, FL studio can't control how good the sound output from your audio device is only from control panel or in the device's audio drivers can you control it

I have new 'phones too. They were only $35, but they have better sound then most $50 headphones, literally. They are part of the new Sony Piiq (pronounced peek) series. I think the particular model I have is Triqii, the mid-range model.
They look like this:
Mine are the all-black one.

Hope you get the problem with the case fixed.
Here's the headphones I have: [link] A bit cheap compared to more pro stuff but good enough just to listen to music
And, I just found out noise-canceling headphones are meant to reduce external noise and not interference, lol.

basically for music making you'd need headphones that support low soundwaves well or bass, so that way you can tell if you're making a good bassline well or not and noise cancelling is pretty useful since it makes it that so no external noise can interfere or distort the sounds of whatever you're making

Good point, though I don't have much problem listening to the bass on my songs. Might consider trying out noise-canceling though.

noise-cancelling is really only useful when you've got a slightly noisy house, mine is because my brother has 5.1 surround sound computer speakers, literally 5 speakers and a subwoofer (B-day gift) and he likes to blast music, and listening to two different songs with different tempos at once is really, really bad sounding or that might just be me and my musical ear
