When you try editing the name of the project you can put the html code: <applet id='ProjectApplet' style='display:block' code='ScratchApplet' codebase='http://scratch.mit.edu/static/misc' archive='ScratchApplet.jar' height='387' width='482'><param name='project' value='../../static/projects/what-thetests/1197066.sb'></applet> <a href='http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/what-thetests/1197066'>Learn more about this project</a> And you will soon see two projects.

Gnarly - cool bug! I always wanted a dual project project page! XD
But if you notice, it doesn't last if you refresh the page, does it? To me that suggests that when other users try to visit, they won't see the changes (i.e. it's a bit less of a security threat, but still a bug). But perhaps you can confirm?

What if you made a project (not yet putting it online) then you click share to the website then you put in the title then upload it will it stay the same?

Nope - I tested it out and nothing happened.

Yes, but nobody else will be able to see the changes you made - they'll just see the code.

Lol. It took over 2 years to find these bugs
My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.
