Honestly, I wouldn't personally because I disagree with some of your opinions.
But there's no big thing like "you're a troll" stopping others for voting for you.

Well actually, you post your speech on a certain thread (which they will make in announcements eventually), and after a week or so, they will choose the candidates. THEN you can start voting. But either way it's fine to make a thread like this one for voting as community moderator
