Yes, but nobody plays by them. No one ever used the evolution rule.
I don't play anymore, but I have a whole bunch of cards, including the most valuable mass-produced card in existence.

Yes, a whole bunch of useless ones, that when my friend and I play like once a year, we don't use rules.

Yes. Sadly there is no rule against stalling IRL. THE RULES WERE NOT STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!
