[rant] When it comes to music, I'm all about lyrics, and it's really getting stale because 90% of all songs are about the same topics. Mostly love and sexual stuff and then money. I mean some of them are good like Eminem and Rihanna's "Love The Way You Lie" and "Billionare" but there is a very small percentage of good love songs. People are ruining music because they have no taste, and keep feuling artists with money, and never complain to them to try a different topic. I love rap and R&B. But I listen to very little of it because it's constantly "get money!" and some other stuff that I would get banned for if I said it 

One of the major killers of music is ludicris. The way he sings about love and sexual things not only destroys music and drills holes in my ears, it also sends bad subliminal messages in teens that listen to him. People like him send bad subliminal messages into kid's and teen's heads, and turns them into mindless love-seeking fools. Movies also influence teens to become lovesick zombies *cough*TWILIGHT*cough*. Most teenagers don't know what love really is, and that's why the cycle of constantly trying to find a date and breaking up in two weeks continues. That constantly breaking up and finding another date, for guys, alot of the time continues into their 20's, and alot of them can't seem to hold a relationship until like the 3rd marriage/date. For some women, it makes them less open to love their next partner for a while, because they might expect the relationship to fail anyway.

Music and movies make love seem like some easy thing to obtain, you see some girl you like, you get with her, and you're happy. Most of them never mention/show the comitment it take to maintain a good relationship. In fact more than half the marriages (I believe) in America fail.

Another thing that bothers me is how young kids get influenced by this junk. You see kids like 9 years old talking about "I have a girlfriend." They constantly hear music about finding love, etc and they see Twilight, and they think "Hmm, I wonder what it's like to love someone." It just annoys me, and they look stupid anyway 

Anyway I'll stop my rant there.

Oh yea, and all of the artists that really can't sing, and mask their voice with some electronic voice and a kill a good instrumental really annoys me too. Most of the music I listen to is Eminem, Drake, Michael Jackson, B.O.B, and I'm going to start listening to Blink-182. If you have any suggestions for good groups, tell me  [rant]
