Personal Mod name question...
I know that you cannot use "Scratch" in the name of any mod, but is it okay to use it in the name of a personal mod that only I will be using (Scratch+)? Also, is the same true for the Scratch Cat?
(not entirely sure if this should be in All About Scratch... move if you want, mods!)

If you're distributing it, you can't use Scratch or the cat.

it actually says in the license 'you may not use the scratch cat (distributed by MIT inbinary form) as adefault sprite' or simething like that
