I am using my daughter's account here. I am teaching a Scratch class this semester and one of my students emailed last night to say he can't download Scratch. Here is his email:
Each time I download the program and try to run it, I get a message that says the information is "Invalid" and that the download was likely incomplete. I have noticed that the download goes slowly until around 3% and then it is finished instantly, but I cannot find anything that would interrupt the download process.
My computer is a Windows Vista ™ and I have tried downloading the 1.4 version, the 1.4 file only, and the 1.3.1.
Can anyone help? Class starts tomorrow.

Maybe ask him/her to try to re-download the file?

I haven't heard back from the student yet - it is the download that isn't working. If you see my original message I included the email he sent me. I also told him to try a different browser and a different computer - and if the latter works, transfer the files to his laptop.
