Votes Nonsense?

I want to post stuff in the suggestions forum (the new one). However, there are those silly votes to spend. Why do we have those? Can't we just assemble a forum elsewhere, so we don't have the hindering of the minimal votes? If I want to post more than like five things, I can't! I'm just sticking to this.
