There is no good answer. Guests can search, and that's why I like to think of this as some kind of oversight or mistake.
If it isn't, then I don't know what the Scratch Team is thinking

Maybe so that people creating new accounts to spam or troll can't search up who the mods are, and wait until there are no mods on before they post? But they could just look on the wiki or something... So maybe that's not why...

I'm not sure why it is, to be honest... hmm
