Scratch-induced Insomnia?

...yeah.

Lately, it's been really hard getting to sleep because I keep thinking about Scratch and the forums  sad

I'm wondering, is there any way to cure this besides not scratching/foruming?

yikes  I have the same problem! But the insomnia might not be because you're thinking about Scratch. If you stay up really late on the computer or tv and then try to go to bed right afterward, you won't be able to go to sleep for a while.

Lols, peeps. Read a book before bedtime, about for 30 min, and then count to your breathing. You get bored of counting, and just fall asleep. However, you must keep counting!

No sheep are involved.

I tried the counting thing too, but I started trying to make equations and stuff after that. And I kept getting distracted.  hmm

Re: Scratch-induced Insomnia?

I only do that when I have an idea. Just get a hobby besides scratch, and when you think about scratch, switch to your hobby. Watch the news. Write a short story. Do something to get your mind off scratch. To some people this method works for farmville xD

Hmm. I guess I'll try. Later.

I found quitting farmville surprisingly easy, personally.

I always read before I go to sleep, it doesn't really help. The problem with counting is I get bored, then I start thinking, and no matter what I'm thinking about, it always leads to scratch...

Cool, me too

I know how to get rid of it. If you can't sleep, stay awake for another 24 hours, and by that time, you'll be so tired that you'll fall asleep earlier than you normally would. Of course, it'll screw up your whole day, and if you fall asleep in the middle of the day, it messes up your sleeping pattern
