The reason is SPAM! Don't do it!

I had a similiar problem. I had a demo i made a while back and told people to leave me a message if they want to be notified when the game is done. problem is after the first notification, it gives me the similiar message error.
As much as I regret not being able to let my fans know that my new game is ready. i like the new spam prevention Scratch has implemented.

Why don't you leave similar, not ezact, messages that your game is ready. Than they can click your name and find it?

No no, 10 days is good. If the spammers were clever, they wouldn't leave links, and instead have their username be the link

I occasionally leave a link to people to show them how to better implement certain features in Scratch, such as how to do key presses smoothly or how to scroll. I think 3 links in 10 days is a bit too harsh. I would prefer to see 3 links in 3 days.

Now that is a good point. Can the Scratch Team possibly monitor what they are linking too? I'm sure Paddle2See (since I'm quoting you) won't be posting the same project for 3 different people and will need to give all of them links.
