now this is sort of random but still to do with scratch!

could it be possible to create a project that reads a page from the internet rights it and then you can view the project that views the project on the project sort of looking on the page you're on?

Not exactly. You would have to create a web browser (which is pretty hard) and even then it wouldn't be able to read some content, like flash and java. Which I believe is what cruelty247 wants.
