I want to put a picture for my signature, but the picture I want isn't online, what do I do?

You'll have to upload the picture to a website for use. It's easy, don't worry! I use Imageshack - no registration required! Just upload the picture there and use the link it gives you. Then put it into your signature like this:

Tinypic(which allows you to change the size of the picture you're uploading) and Imageshack are both great for this since they don't require that you sign up. I use both, and they work really well.

imgur.com, found here, is probably the easiest and most intuitive of the no registration sites, if that's what you're looking for.
