The misc forums is made for things unrelated to Scratch, and that includes music. If you hate it so much, then leave the misc!

Actually, the Miscellaneous forums are a place for topics in which the thread creator is not sure whether or not the topic is directly related to Scratch (that is, topics that do not seem to fit anywhere else in the forums). It is not exactly an off-topic place, per se.
Creating threads that encourage discussion are fine, but it does seem like you're going a bit too overboard posting too many topics at once. Maybe you'll want to consider leaving some time between posting new topics instead of bombarding the forums with many different discussions all at once.

Any true fan of blink would know they reunited last year, so he has obviously just started listening to them. Not knowing the most-import news in the world, would indeed make him a blink n00b.
