It's actually just a pixelated version of the font "Verdana," bolded, the way Squeak renders it
Use Scratch 1.2.1 or older, use the font Verdana Bold at size 10, and it'll look exactly the same, I think
(That is, in the paint editor.)

I just checked, and I'm almost entirely sure that it's Verdana Bold size 10.
