Exporting Music

I asked my friend candy0503 how I can get music from Super Paper Mario because I don't own Super Paper Mario. She told me that I should download one of her projects with the music in it, and that I should export the music. But I have one question: How do I export music? I've never done it before, and I want to know how to do it.

Go to the sounds tab, right click on the file you want to export and export.
