No. The forums are a place for discussion, continuing posting fads just creates less space for discussion and turns the whole forum into a TBG. Please end the Starlow fad.

Don't think of it as a fad. Think of it as a scratch meme. An inside joke. Post it on topics but not as a topic.

When a topic fails to contribute, it is considered as spam and therefore closed/removed. This is what the Starlow fad has become, so I'm inclined to block it from the forums no matter what shape or form it has turned into (perhaps with the exception of signatures).
Please also note that excessive spamming can lead to a block on the account(s) involved.

So this is?:
I think it's just an image used to describe what you want to say without words.

There is nothing in the rules that specifically states that posting images of "Cool story bro" is spamming, please elaborate. Thanks
I guess it would come under the "Offer constructive comments" part of the Terms of Use. Although the example for "Offer constructive comments" is criticism, I think that it covers all aspects of posting - if a post offers very little to a conversation, it wouldn't be considered constructive, and therefore, "spam". According to knowyoumeme, the "Cool Story Bro" meme was originally used to describe disgust or indifference to a post, which kind of counts as non-constructive criticism, as in the example.
So no posting the "Cool Story Bro" pics either.

Perhaps, but in a website that is supposed to be open for all ages, the "Cool Story Bro" image can be seen as indifference/disgust and non-constructive, so it often has a tendency to fall towards the violation of the Terms of Use, as Wolfie pointed out earlier.

unfortunately what you all find to be wrong and what is wrong according to the terms of use are two separate things.

I guess you must not have bothered to read Cheddar's posts
If something doesn't contribute, then it shouldn't be posted. And on top of that, cool story bro is something you use when you find stuff boring or stupid. It's a put down. Do you find something wrong with it yet?

Amen, brother. They annoy me to the end of infinite.
And I also agree with Blade-Edge.
Really. If you want to post spam, fine. Post it. I'll ready the ban hammer that will crush your account into little pieces. DON'T POST SPAM, FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR ACCOUNT STATUS! I mean really. You can post decent, contributing things, and maybe get a shard of respect back, or continue to post cool story bro's and get banned. This goes for all those constant "Cool story Bro!" Posters. >.<

These mods need to lighten up and have a sense of humor.
This is what we do:
Post a few topics and discussions.
It gets out of hand and mods stop it.
We all have a good laugh, brush it off, and continue with our lives.
BUT, this is what the mods do.
They see some * bathroom humor of a so-called cuss like "sucks", or "hell".
OMG TOU VIOLATION BANHAMMER CLOSE DELETE LULZ u mad?
They forever hold a grudge on us Scratch Users for something we'll forget about in a month.
