Your argument is clearly flawed.

First, you say that you would, thereby expressing desire, but that something hinders you, expressing lack of ability.

Then, when the lack of ability clears up, you say that you could, expressing possession of ability, but that you don't want to, expressing lack of desire.

The shift of ability is natural, but the shift of desire is unrealistic.

I believe you are telling a lie.
