Ah I think I know what happens. Your project gets changed but your computer saves the old one to avoid having to download it again. The solution: clean the cache of Java. In Windows, go the system tray, right click on Java, select control panel, click on Settings, click on Delete Files.

Thanks so much

That doesn't work for me. My JVM caches thing for a long time.
How do you change the default behavior of the JVM? Is there a settings screen somewhere?

Yeah, in the JVM Control Panel you can set whether or not you want caching and how big your cache can be before it gets cleared.

Great! Not to sound too dense, how do you bring up the JVM Control Panel? I'm running IE and I have a Tools drop-down that has Sun Java Console as one of the options. I fired that up and I get a cool list of one-letter commands but the only one that mentions caches is "X" - clear classloader cache. Am I in the right place?
