I collected all the state quarters and bicentenial (1976) quarters. and I don't want a picture of a mario cookie.

a strategy could be to go to soda machines, insert a coin (something you don't want) and press the coin return.

It looks like it says "zhao cai jin bao" (招財進寶), which I think means "wealth and fortune". So, my guess, it's a charm to attract wealth and fortune.  smile
