Well, why do you want on the front page?

For me, it was the best way to get attention to my hard work.  It helped me find friends that like the same types of projects... (although very inefficiently)
I think we have out grown the front page.

I think we can make better ways of getting help and attention and collaborating with others interested in similar things.
