No. I think my game is to big for scratch, because it is an Os. It says Failed: unknown reason though. So i wanted to put my game on my website & give them a link to download it to their computer

Just put a link to the file in an anchor, something like
<a href="http://www.mysite.com/Assets/Scratch/Projects/MyProject.sb">(Download)</a>
Or you could be fancy and use URL rewriting to make the link go to something like http://ww.mysite.com/getfile.php?cat=Scratch&type=Projects&name=MyProject.sb

I believe this has been covered before, so I'll be brief:

Easy! you need to upload the file to your website, then copy&paste the embed code, but make it to fit your needs.
See this post. Just be warned, it's a tad outdated (but the instructions still work).
@nXIII:
That method works fine. Although I advise giving instructions to "right click and save file as". Grin. Spruce it up with an image as the link - you can create one with http://www.buttongenerator.com - and watch the effect.
<a href="http://www.blah.blah/blah/blah.sb"><img src="button.jpg" /></a>
There!
