Scratch Change Files
As most of us know there are alot of Scratch Mods, so I propose a new solution, change sets.
As you make your mods or add new blocks, make change sets and then everyone can use the blocks. Just add credit into the change set!

this idea would have to be discussed a bit.
for example, panther will release its source code soon as a c.s.
however, most scratchers don't have enough experience (and time) to actually import the changes into their scratch. it would make a lot of unnecessary problems. the credits could also be easily falsificated. i could just change the data in the c.s. to say it's all mine...

Already done. nXIII's patch installer. Patches are just change sets with a different extension.

Except, you can just go to a change sorter, select "file into new" and enter the file path 
I'll be giving out Auto as a changeset when I'm done with it. (not for use in mods, though, just for filing into Scratch so you don't lose other modifications you might have made to it)
