Get the Enigma Stone NOW!!!
There's a new wi-fi event that let's you unlock latias in SS or Latios in HG. once you get it, go to the Pewter city Museum and talk to Steven. He will discover that the Enigma Stone is actually the Soul Dew. Go outside the museum and Latias/Latios will apear. It's ok if you don't catch it because it reapears later.
