IP bans

ok IP bans are serious you should warn people because they think they cant get banned so they  could just create a new account so in the rules or somewhere warn them about IP bans so they will treasure their scratch account.


why?

Well I didn't raise this, but I saw a user with 4 projects, all of which were flagged and deleted

I think mochi-boy's brought this up because people might be getting flagged and banned so they can quit scratch, without making everybody sad.

Remeber what Blackboy2000 did, he got me, and a few other accounts banned by hacking. Thank goodness we got unbanned.
