But NAMCO isn't on the fair share thing. And nintendo isnt very strict. Good thing because half of the projects would be off here

they own the name pac man. you can't copyright ideas. you can patent some ideas, and even if things are patented, they can be recreated as long as it isn't for commercial use. as long as the sprites weren't taken from an actual namco pac man game, it should be perfectly legal to post a pac-man project.
