Preservation of ghost effect through stamping?

^Title^

Unfortunately, it doesn't exist.

When you stamp something, just about everything gets preserved; size, rotation, color, mosaic, pixelate, brightness, fisheye, and whirl. The only thing that doesn't get preserved is, well, ghost.

To me, this doesn't really make sense. It hinders the use of 1s1s stamping for making things like glass doors and transparent water. So why isn't it possible for stamps to preserve their sprite's ghost effect?

No, I'm not back (yet  tongue ), so pretend this is invisible.

Sure it's possible, it just hasn't been implemented.

By 'possible' I mean 'works in Scratch'.

Hmm. I wonder why.

If brightness didn't work, I would be in REALLY big trouble trying to make my 3D stuff realistic.
