So basically, it'll be flagged depending on the reason I'm saying communism is bad or what?

It will be flagged if somebody finds it offensive or thinks it is inappropriate for the site and decides to flag it.  If it is flagged, it will be reviewed by the Scratch Team and they will decide if they agree or not.  If the Scratch Team agrees that it is offensive or inappropriate it might be removed from the site.

So as you make your project, try to think how it would look to a person living in a communist country.  Would they find it offensive?  Without seeing the project it's hard to get more specific  smile

Hmm.... I'd rather target a specific individual, say Hitler, than a group in general. Basically, if you'd really like to upload the game, you could do it, but no guarantees rights activists won't call for your blood.

Or... upload to an external site. *grin*
