Well, Skittles gave an easy scrolling script, and I can make it have velocity, so no fails xD I'm just alittle busy at the moment. I can't really do the scrolling right now, but maybe tomorrows. How many days do we have left?

Re: Team Antarctica Scratch Summer Olympics

Is there a way to make your engine for the racing game more effcient like in archmage's (effcient) scrolling demo?

Re: Team Antarctica Scratch Summer Olympics

I know, I'm just saying like it, I know how to make it effcient. You know, less sprites?

I just don't want 100 sprites clogging up the game  tongue

we can use multiple sprites, with each having one costume for each course. and, if you used the original pic, you should have only 48*36 squares. small filesize.

Try to do as much as you can for everything but the racing game. Me and Adventurest are working on that to finish it  smile

Re: Team Antarctica Scratch Summer Olympics

Sorry guys, I wasn't able to work on much yesterday with adventurest, we got a new trampoline and the box said "Some assembly required".

We had to help our dad put 132 springs on the thing, and then he had to put up the netting and poles. It took us 4 hours  yikes

I'll find my own group if I need to. the good thing about doing that is that you know what the people on your team are willing and able to do.

Re: Team Antarctica Scratch Summer Olympics

Adventurest is sleeping right now. Please don't get mad at her, she can get very busy, she's in fifth grade going on a road trip and she has many birthday parties to go to this week. But so far, not much. We should be working on the racing game the most, because it will take the longest.
