Preventing unrelated project advertisements
We've all seen the comments...
Every1! * chck out my project!!! {Link to Project}
We all know "my project!!!" is going to be some unrelated project...
I think it's time to wave goodbye to the unrelated project advertisement.
but... How?
Do we match some string and refuse to post the comment?
Do we not allow links? (Not a good idea)
Do we use some merit system?
Suggestions from the Scratch Community are welcome.

I think the admins should just move these post inside of the "Show and Tell" forum and members of the community should say which topics should be moved.
