I highly doubt your parents would want to listen to that while trying to concentrate on the road. It's a safety hazard too.
What if... what's his name... the guy who you say screams vodka screams vodka, and I would imagine that the dvd player is right beside the driver's head. The sudden shouting would make him swerve off the road and the car would explode. Death by hetalia. I can't think of a worse way to go. If that actually does happen to someone, it would be a good thing also, because they would ban hetalia :D

Unless it's coloured font, I don't think you'd be muting it to read the subtitles. Hetalia animation is so choppy and horrible, that you would never be able to tell who was saying what
